We spent four weeks at the National Training Center in California. We spent almost every night in this thing. most comfortable sleep I've ever had when sleeping outdoors. I recommend a sleeping mat/pad on cool nights because even the slightest breeze will eventually cool off, even in a sleeping bag. the positive side of this is that it is a great way to keep cool during the day when it is hot outside.
